Multiple coats of UV-treated flex epoxy are applied to seal the calcutta bamboo for a long lasting and beautiful finish.
Steel gaff hooks are first coated with a baked-on protective finish then clear-coated to prevent rust while adding style to your gaff.
Calcutta Bamboo is stronger than aluminum or fiberglass gaffs. Gaffs will flex accordingly without bending or kinking like aluminum gaffs.
Gaff will float if dropped in water due to calcutta bamboo's natural lightweight and buoyant properties.
